1. Item conditions: The products we selling are upcycled products, there will be imperfect, dirt and scratches, and minor damage on the products, those conditions are not covered in the returns and refund requirement, customer please consider the condition before make a purchase.

4. Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. After this time, we cannot accept returns.
5. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take 21 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.
