Privacy Policy — Synap Flow

Synap Flow (“we”, “Synap Studio”) provides science-backed audio sessions for sleep, focus, and calm. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you create an account.

• Session & wellness data: optional pre/post session ratings (mood, stress, sleep quality, effectiveness) and listening metadata (track, duration).

• Purchase data: subscription status via Apple and RevenueCat (we do not store full payment card numbers).

• Device & diagnostics: crash logs and basic device info needed to run and improve the app.

 

How we use information

• Provide playback, favourites, and wellness insights.

• Authenticate accounts and restore purchases.

• Improve reliability and content recommendations.

• Comply with legal obligations.

 

Sharing

We use processors such as Supabase (backend), Apple (App Store / IAP), Expo/EAS (builds), and RevenueCat (subscriptions). We do not sell personal data.

 

Retention & deletion

You may request account deletion in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing : info@iithk.com. We delete or anonymize account-linked data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

 

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.
